| ********************************************** It's no secret among my friends, that my favorite Daniel Boone episode is the first season's "My Brother's Keeper." The story, the writing, and the acting is some of the best of the entire series. Ed Ames had a dual role as his regular character, Cara Mingo and his evil half-brother, Tara Mingo. His was a truly masterful performance, and so I wrote two poems based on this episode. I purposely put them on the same page so you would read Cara Mingo's first and then Tara Mingo's response. No Other Road For Me (Cara Mingo's account) & A Face In Quiet Waters (Tara Mingo's account) |
